Ana Claire's guide to de-stressing:
1. Make some hot tea! Always the first step. Try to avoid black teas or anything else with high caffeine content; green teas are nice, as are herbals. I find any hot tea to be relaxing, especially if I go through the whole process of preparing it from loose leaf instead of from a bag, but certain herbals (e.g. chamomile, peppermint) are supposed to be especially relaxing.

2. Indulge in something beautiful or cute! Read some poetry, look at some art or photography, watch a cute anime. Alternatively, make something beautiful or cute. Write something, draw something, daydream!

3. Listen to music! I love music and it's good for all sorts of things, including relaxing and de-stressing.
