I went to Japan once, it's a wonderful place o3o I would live there if I could afford it.

I had this horrible customer today. I couldn't let him in because he was too young and didn't have the right paperwork. So he called and told me he's going to get us shut down for all this false stuff he made up. But he wouldn't even talk to the manager, just me, the lowly desk girl.
