Eternal winter. Why? ...Have you /seen/ me? Have you ever /talked/ to me?
There is a railroad that splits into two tracks. On its current path, there are five people tied to the rails. On the other path, there's one person tied to the rails. You are standing near the lever that can divert the train to the track with only one person, but you are too far away to free the people or do anything else to avoid either party's impending doom. Pulling the lever will save the five people on the first track, but is a death sentence for the person on the second. Leaving the lever alone will save the person, at the cost of five other lives.
Would you rather pull the lever, or leave it be?
