Well, writing-wise, I don't think I can do certain things justice. I am afraid of devaluing others experiences, knowledge, or ideals.

The other is sort of a constant hypervigilance that wears me down...combined with always worrying about what I have to do next...combined with negative internal criticism making it difficult to, say, "take an hour or two to practice dance"
