Yeah, my mom tries to pull that when she feeds us things, if she pushes me enough I just go out and get food. And they won't accept you getting a ride from like a family member either? That's kind of dumb to expect kids trying to go to college have cars. Sure, some people can afford to with their scholarship money, but I couldn't afford to get a car. Hell, I had to use my mom's car until she got fed up of sharing a car with me (my dad said I'd have the car first for work because they didn't want to drive me all the time) and she got a new car. But I have to pay for all the repairs and everything on the car, so I had to shell out about $1,500 to replace my brakes and calipers last year and this year $700 something for the tires. =.=;
