Rebooting....
Any exercise is good exercise. It's fascinating to see all of the research coming out about it. We've known for decades that it helps our mood by releasing the feel good brain chemicals (beta endorphins and such) but the latest research is showing that it helps our cognitive functioning and keeps our brains younger. Plus the increased circulation it provides helps our skin to stay more younger looking too.
My exercise is walking and/or dancing around the house in the morning. I can get my 10,000 steps in that way.
I was never a morning person, but after about 3 months of getting up earlier to exercise I'm finally at the point where I miss it if I don't do it. :D
