Rebooting....
Research shows that most thin people eat breakfast and a lot of overweight people don't. There really seems to be something to the increased metabolism in the morning when you eat.
I try to exercise in the morning to boost my metabolism too. Then by the time I'm done, I'm usually hungry enough for breakfast. ;)
