I use google spreadsheets a lot, but I have a lot of accounts, so it's not always so useful.

Dropbox is good, but if I forget to close down the doc on one computer before I open it on another, I get a lot of incompatible documents.

Right now, I'm using the note function on my phone when I'm at work and then try to remember to upload the information on the doc on my home computer.
