I... have no idea what I am. I was adopted, so my family background is based on my adoptive family's, and it's a mix of English, Scottish, Swedish, Irish, and German.

Now I want to make Swedish pancakes (They're like crepes, but lightly sweetened, and SO good with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, or dipped into maple syrup...)... I think I'll make those on Monday, when it's just me in the house, so I don't have to share.
