Uryu Ishida, not Ishida Mitsunari, Uryu only allows a %15 increase in light orbs and makes three random orbs light. That's not very useful since I have Blazing Goddess of Power Kali and Archangel of Annihilation Michael. I have other ones like the red sonia and blue sonia which do two specifically, but Uryu's ability is not useful to me at all.
