I bought a blue wig for halloween last year, and naturally it's going to be my halloween costume for the next 400 years. Help me remember what costumes have blue hair? Can be cartoons, anime, live action, etc. So far I have:

Sailor Mercury from Sailor Moon
Vivi or Franky from One Piece
Ember McLain from Danny Phantom
Hades from Disney's Hercules
Ramona Flowers at one point in Scott Pilgrim vs The World
Hikari-chan from Pokemon
Katy Perry at various points in life
Marge Simpson from The Simpsons
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG

I could maybe pull off Konan from Naruto but I think she's more purple/black/raven
