I think I have actually seen Hemp stores around here...will have to double check.
I think other plants are more useful, personally...

Also, mom worked in a shelter as a young adult. Bad stories... Current dog suffers from kennel and abandonment trauma. I think I scare him as I have difficulty functioning sometimes due to my own issues, and he doesn't understand.
