That actually WAS on Light there.
When I was in the peak of skill and fitness, I took first place in a tournament by clearing Legend of Max on Heavy (a 10-footer) for the first time after I was already exhausted. My back hurt for a couple weeks after that because I was putting all of my weight on my arms on the backbar in order to move my feet faster.
