He pets her head, taking comfort in her being there, humming a lullaby to himself. After a few moments he finishes washing up, drying himself after getting out of the tub and drains the water. He grabs a robe that's hanging there and ties it around himself, putting the towel in the bin to get washed later.

"We both should be heading to bed now, Micah should soon follow suit if he's not already there. There's so much work to do tomorrow, and I have a feeling it will be a bit stressful for everyone." He makes his way down to the basement where the lab is, going into their bedroom. After climbing in he waits for Faye, then lowers the top so that they can sleep until evening approaches.
