Taking a soft towel he dips it into the hot water, soaking the water. Once soaked he holds it up to let cool a bit before using it to clean and warm the baby. She has slightly blue hands and feet because of the cord having been wrapped around her while in the womb. Even though she's a bit on the small side because of it she still looks healthy enough to live.
