If I could find stuff that'd work well like that, then I'd be in heels every time I go out. I've got a couple pairs of high heels, but I can't wear them very often because of all the aforementioned foot issues...

and I wear, depending on the style, 7.5-8 in men's sizes. No need for wide widths there!

You can actually get the inserts custom-molded to your particular needs so that a separate wedge isn't even necessary. It costs a lot of money, but the inserts then last for YEARS.
