Alice was shocked by the crowd coming into the carriage. But then again, he did say that he was going to get into a blood pact or whatever it was called. "No, Arden went to find our son and head back to the pa...place...of our home..together..." She was about to say pack but she probably made it even weirder with her cover up. "But I can walk back, it won't be much trouble." She told him as she went to get out. She then lifted up the little girl to get on to the horse. "Thank you ma'am!" Bridgette smiled and patted the horse. She was excited to ride on it but like mister Isaac had said, she was going to hold on tightly.

Lucien and Elizabeth walked into the carriage. "Wow, never rode in one of these before! Very fancy!" She smiled looking around. "So you are a scientist? Are you well known?" She asked. "If I knew how to read, I would love to read one of your journals...Oh...I can't read. So I don't know if I can do this job." She was feeling embarrassed by the fact that she couldn't read. She felt so unintelligent.
