I think Coda missed what I was trying to ask in one of my earlier posts. XD

I'm thinking of evolving Icedragon Plesios to its double water form, since it has a boost for water recovery but the water/grass version has a higher boost to water attack. I do have quite a few water/dragon type monsters, so that might work better for me in the long run.
