A young man with silver eyes and golden hair looks out the window of his carriage, staring at the blood stained autumn moon. Licking his lips thirstily he taps his cane on the carriage, commanding it to stop. Stepping out, he holds up his hand, commanding the shadowy driver to wait for him there. The horses pulling the carriage stand still, no light from the moon reflecting of their coat, as if they are merely shadows in the darkness. The man, Isaac, heads towards a home not far off into the distance, not a single light flickering in the darkness of the night heavy with the smell of young, fresh blood.
Many believe that vampires cannot enter a home without permission, but what many don't know is that all one needs is to have the door opened. Smirking, he raises a hand, moving his fingers in an almost beckoning motion. Soon a glossy-eyed woman opens the door and he walks in, gently wrapping his arms around the woman and opens his mouth wide. Fangs glimmer for a moment in the moonlight before he sinks them into her neck, blood trickling down her chest. Hearing a sound he looks up to see the woman's husband, looking for the wife that's now deathly pale in Isaac's arms. Before the man can get a second word out from what he was yelling at Isaac, he's already on the man. Pinning him against the wall, a hand over the man's mouth, he bites into the man as well, draining him like the woman from before. When he's finished Issac lets the man drop as dead weight to the floor of the home.
Name: Isaac Crawford
Age: 498 (tells everyone 24)
Personality: Normally doesn't care about humans since he sees them as food, but something about this girl kind of reminds him of himself...
History: Having been bored of life in London Isaac decides to have a change of scenery. While traveling he stops to curve his hunger, finding the home of a family not too far off the road. Isaac doesn't like to talk about his past, and dislikes company of strangers even more, another reason why he's leaving London, too many people that proper etiquette requires he entertain. He knows several different languages, such as German, Italian, Spanish, French, English, and some Mandarin that he's picked up from Merchants.
Name: Roselle Blanc
Age: 826
Personality: She's more of a quiet type, enjoying writing and drawing more than anything else. Being more of a diplomat she prefers not to fight, but is a bit cranky when having to go out when the sun is still up even slightly. Though she is a bit mischievous when it comes to the vampires in her clan, finding many ways to try and stop being such snobs.
History: Her father had tried to make a living as an artist, but his work wasn't good enough to earn enough money to feed all his family. While Roselle was growing up she learned everything she could from him about art, her mother working in the homes of nobles as a maid, but constantly having to leave work because she got pregnant very easily. Her family had always been happy, but when her little brother was born around the time she turned fifteen, she left her family so that they could afford to eat with the new baby. Saying her goodbyes she went looking for a job, trying to sell her sketches and flowers to make it by. Though one winter not long after having left home, it became really cold and hard to keep warm. Thinking that she was going to die, her vision fading, she feels a sharp pain in her neck then a warm liquid being poured into her mouth before blacking out. When she awakens she's in Morgana's home, confused and suddenly a vampire. It was hard for her in the beginning to get used to drinking blood and to control the urges, but over time she was able to control herself. Morgana taught her many things, including the shame she felt for what her Adam had done, a man that Roselle usually avoided. Though after a time she left them, not wanting to intrude on their kindness for having saved her and teaching her to read and write. Eventually she was able to earn an income writing poems, small art commissions and doing some less than savory work in the eyes of the nobles. But by doing so she was able to settle down nicely in this town, working on trying to open the minds of humans and vampires to living side by side.
