actually, i'm lazy and i don't. but it's just plain meat, no extra fillers in it. i do try to get ground beef with the least amout of fat content though, like 92% meat/8% fat. i think this is 90/10.

and i love sharp american cheese on the burgers.

the rolls are regular plain store brand burger rolls. i know there's a lot of processed stuff in them, yeah.
