Uh... okay, what's your team build, if it's taking you seven minutes? O.o Which specific dungeon floor is giving you trouble?

Do note that the strategy you suggest will take a very long time, because the worthwhile spike skills have cooldowns on the order of 20-30 turns.

EDIT: It sounds like you might benefit from having a Gravity effect on your team. I'd suggest DQ Hera except you can't GET her yet. Do you have Santa Claus Hera?
