So hard to decide how many of an item with multiple poses i want.
With eyes of nature you could choose one left eye and one right eye with two of the items but with the free layering and ability to equip items in the same slot one can make use of up to ten of the item to create a look but more reasonably would be using a maximum of four of the item.
