I live in Washington (just south of BC). If I were landing in Northern Canada in the winter I would somewhat expect it to be crazy-ass cold and the appearance of a snow mobile would be a practical choice...but then again Seattle actually gets snow once in a blue moon, so we're not entirely naive to the thought.
