Ick. I would have hated that. I lived in a building that was converted into 4 apartments, and every one of the rooms were creaky.

Now I live in a complex that has been going through some renovations, to keep up with the area, because where I live, if the complex doesn't look nice, it gets run out of business. Especially since this is like an entire area of various apartment complexes.
