Actually, I've watched quite a bit of SAO and I have to say I prefer Log Horizon. This is mostly because it feels like the main character is trying to cut himself off from everyone else because its very painful making friends and them dying on you/getting blamed for their deaths. And its even worse because they actually die in real life. That's just really dark and depressing and I cry like every episode just about, but that's just too heart wrenching to constantly see. And the Christmas event! T^T
