Well, other than possibly causing some sort of paradox that rips apart the fabric of time, I wish you could tell past Espy all of these things. In a sense, it's a good thing that you can't, because if you went back and were like, "everything's gonna fine, just chill," then past Espy would be like, "oh, okay, I'll do that," and then she wouldn't have to work hard and struggle to turn into the oh-so-awesome present Espy. Or I don't know... Maybe she'd flip you off and stomp around and slam some doors and stuff (I dunno what you were like as a teenager. Pretty sure I was an insufferable little shit).
Barring that though, I think past Espy would be proud of you for being strong and accomplishing what you have, given the horrible mental detriment bestowed upon you by the gods of 'FML'.
I'm proud of you, and I'm pretty sure future Espy is wishing she could go back in time and tell you that you're doing great and that everything's gonna be okay. =)
