thats why it pisses me off, he knows he's not allowed out with out his leash on, and he only goes out if it's nice and i'm going to get the mail.

here at the apartments any pet is not allowed outside unless they have a leash. that and one day when i was walking zeke some ass was speeding and nearly hit us.

even if we lived at a place that let cats outside, i wouldn't do it. i refuse to wake up one day to find my cat dead on the street. they stay indoors unless they are going for a walk

he also does this when people are in the hallway, he wants to go play with them.
