Most of the HK REM monsters are pretty good now that new uvos have been released for them. Angel Cinnamon there is sadly not one of them. Her stats are decent, and her active skill can be useful on the right team, but her leader skill is pretty wimpy and her awakenings aren't good enough to make up for everything else.

The character-and-starter monsters are all better than the normal starter uvos, but don't quite stack up to the new starter uvos.

TAMADRApurin A La Mode is RIDICULOUS -- it makes Satan look weak, because it doesn't zero out your RCV, it just cuts it in half, and it applies a 3.5xATK to ALL monsters, not just devils. Unbindable, two Row Enhance awakenings, and a good spike damage active (the direct damage isn't important, the 2xATK to Light monsters is good).

Princess Valkitty Heart is... interesting. Her awakenings are good. Her active skill is a little on the weak side until you've skilled it up (which is basically impossible until very late game), her stats are solid, and her leader skill is a really big spike but needs the right kind of team to support it.

I think Lilith Kuromi might have been removed from this time around? I'm not sure. Her active skill is VERY useful in the right dungeons, and her stats are pretty good. Awakenings are good but not amazing.

Pierdra Badtz-Maru is in the same boat -- might be removed, not sure. Decent active skill (though hard to skill up), somewhat underpowered leader skill, pretty good stats. kinda eh awakenings.

Not from the REM: Kitty's Festa Joker is good if you need dark resistance -- it's almost as good as Odin's damage reduction, and it doesn't require you to stay at 100% HP. Its active skill is almost too weak to be relevant, but it's easily skilled up. And it's unbindable, so that dark resistance can't be disabled.
