You can still grind Tower of Giants until like 100 or so. At that point try and make your way through the dungeons, and then technical dungeons so you can unlock Challenge mode so you can get a butt load of magic stones by redoing the same missions you already did but with nothing but the friends in your friends list (what makes it challenging is that you only have your Leader skill and nothing else.

After that and if you reach a stump, just grind by doing Metal/Gem Dragon, Pengdra Village, and level up your monsters. At that point you should have a fairly decent team that you should be trying to evolve and maxing out as far as you can, and slightly hoping for some good rare evo drops from Pal Egg Machine.

The next very good exp/stamina ratio dungeon is Jupiter, City in the Sky. Which is where I'm at.

(Though a good middle ground one to farm is Ocean of Heaven.)
