Doing business is kind of like a catch twenty-two. You either do good for your customers/employees or do good profit wise, which could depend on the other two. It's really hard to get things just right to make money and have everyone satisfied so people tend to just make as much money as possible and not care about others. That's why with a small business where I work they are more concerned of keeping good employees and customers while still making money. We don't do a price match like some places only because we know that stuff can be expensive for the company to get, but we also have really good customer service as well."
