My campus's wi-fi is terribad, and sometimes it's so busy that it won't properly read a webpage and I have to constantly refresh, and sometimes they will outright block a website thinking it's a malicious site because it didn't process the page correctly, again solved by refreshing. And once in a while I can't even send a email because of these problems.

For you, it's probably just your cookies. Try cleaning out your web browser and try again. If not just download Chrome instead and see if that helps. :/
