From what I noticed, that's because there is never anything going on the site during Summer. You should have seen how much I complained about in in real life when I clicked on Trisphee and tell myself "Why don't they run a freakin event!?"
But if what if your saying is correct, doesn't that even make it much more sense to have the biggest event in the Summer because there is a lack of people coming onto the site? Wouldn't that just promote and give people more reason to take the time to participate in such a large event?
When the site is falling short of having people on and don't comment because the lack of activity, you want the activity to be strong year round and consistent. You should be working to keep regular numbers year round, and not focus on get people to participate seasonally and or when it's convenient to them. :/
I never came on Trisphee during the Summer or chat much because there was nothing going on, and it was dead. I was always told it was because the staff was too busy during Summer with jobs and whatnot to put on a event. But then I hear the same excuse in the Fall, Winter, and then Spring.
