Paypal now has to act like a real bank gathering personal info and proof of identity.. people were using it to launder drug money and fund terrorists.. it's really annoying but it's not too bad.. i did half of mine through the phone because of how paranoid i was.. I didn't believe the email i got and called customer service. xD
