Vincent tilts his head a bit as Don talks. "I kind of wish public schools were like that....so those who need more attention get it...and the smarter ones aren't sitting there bored as hell not wanting to do any of the work because they know it already." In some classes, he did need some help, but in most? He was good. "They need to realize that school isn't a competition. Do your best and figure out what you like and what you're good at." That matters more in life.

"That's true, but there's probably been a person or two who would've liked to try and be your friend, but they were intimidated or something of the like." He frowns a bit at how far away the house is. "I don't know if I'd even have a way there...." He says. "I'm usually good with animals, but none of them have been guard dogs."
