From what I just did, at 15 numbers/day, and no numbers for 10 days out of the year...it will take about 187 years to count to 1 million.

On the other hand, a single person spending 8 hours a day, who can count to 100 in a minute, can reach 1 million in 20 days...so, somewhere between 20 days and 187 years...
