Dear friend,

I do care. I really do, but it's killing me that you've let yourself wind up in a very toxic relationship, and then to have you say you want to hurt yourself... I know things are rough, but I don't know how to tell you to get help without coming across in the wrong way, which isn't my intention at all. I'm starting to get to the end of my rope, and it's scaring me that you'd be willing to hurt yourself. I want to help, but I just feel so powerless to do anything or to say things you've probably heard a million times before.

Wishing you would actually listen and get help, because I don't know what else to do,
