Can I sort of resurrect this thread? Yes? Great!

So, I am a bit of an odd Pagan (odd fellow in general)
I'd call myself a Pantheistic Animist, or a Materialistic Hylozoist Bard (Ovates, Bards, and Druids).

Effectively, I believe everything has "spirit/life," or at its core matter has the same value as life, as matter makes up life. I do not hold the soul/spirit as separate from matter, nor do I think it is the byproduct of the arrangement of matter. Hylozoism means effectively to me "matter is life." I believe that mythologies and folklore celebrate the human interaction (past and present) with nature, and hold an interest in understanding a variety of traditions and beliefs.

Pantheism to me falls under the concept that all matter, and all life, interact to create a story of the Universe, which is the closest thing to a definition of a "god" capable of everything within the Universe.

Anywho, *forms a portal to the library's Mythology/Religion section* I'd like to see if there are still any others around Trisphee. :)
