...I am glad I used a completely different password/name, and that I lost my account there...and the email for it is my Spam email account.

On one hand, I can understand the "wanting to talk to individuals first" - I sometimes do so. However, I fully admit that is because I am a terrible communicator, and it is usually so I can frame my statement in a way that doesn't leave everyone saying "Wha?"

And I have heard the term "My business, my money" before. However, the person who said it was an owner who (4 times now?) had to temporarily dump his life savings into the company to cover not being paid by clients on time, and whose attitude is "The best way to take care of my business is to take care of my workers."

So, yeah, this is beyond messed up.
