Indeed! I already love it. It's a nice place, in a nice location, and the landlord is so much less of a douche than my last one. :P

Ha, yeah. I'm already adding things to my weekly agenda. I've made a few friends recently who've invited me to join them for beer and board games two or three nights a week, so the fun has already begun. xD
