o-o whaa? isn't that one piece's logo thing?
But in Chapter 161 of Rurouni Kenshin that thing is there on the bomb!
Reason?! The maker of One Piece use to be the assistant of the dude who made kenshin and they put that thing in there around the same time One Piece started up. =)
