About like a male version of Sailor Moon (I would say)...on a different planet that mixes technopunk with early civilization culture/magic stuff...
It involves a guy transforming into a hulk via a magic sword...to fight another hulk with a skull-face.
*I could do a much better description, but I've only seen it a few times, and am tired*
