2k is to rip the floor out, put a new one in, a new shower/tub, tiles and also a water filter. He also said with that money he should be able to get us a gas stove top, put in cabinets and put a dishwasher underneath it. We don't need a stove so that is fine we don't have one.

I took a ton of breaks and switched characters a couple times. Had to restart my account twice. But I took my time with it. Never wanted to do end game so I leveled all the jobs up haha.
