Hmm What do you do for it? Like, I have to go in every few months to get 1000...(mg?) of iron from an IV as well as take like 200x (somewhere around there) the daily dose of iron two times a day. o.o ( I have short gut so I get like. barely any absorbed anyway.)

And I know that probably also being on the internet an hour before bed isn't good cuz your eyes stay active and stuff. o-o
I think falling asleep reading a book is easy too, but I havn't done it, but I've read a book for a bit, then fell asleep a little faster then normal so. :3
