Well, right now Gaia is the only place that actually pays its non-owner admins, as far as I know. As much as I would love for it to be Gaia, there's not much of a chance of that. If Trisphee ever got that big, it'd be really cool.

...and yes, I was a mod on Gaia before, but I was never a paid admin, which is what my dream job would be. xP
