I had a friend, who during training - was the first to go across the bars. like the kind at the park - a ladder types thing above your head. I don't know the correct term. Well she is going across and bar was loose, it rolled and she fell... right onto a tree stump with her hip. The drill master told her - go right back up there. To which she said the pole was lose and it wasn't going to work and that she was in a lot of pain. They made her do it anyway and she fell again - onto the same tree stump with her hip. Not being able to walk this second time, they called for the second person to do the drill and they fell as well.
She was sent to the hospital with a broken pelvis. And no one else had to do the drill.
