SO MANY POSTS TO RESPOND TO @_@

1.) The Hounds torment Sin, they quite happily tear their way back inside when they're done with what their doing. She hates them, but also has a profound maternal instinct to protect them.

2.) I suppose the net would have killed Lev if you hit him with it... Lev on his own, but Na'lsa's soul resides in his body and can regenerate from literally a single cell if he needs to (or at least he could before, he may be somewhat weaker now)

3.) Sin can't *stop* the Hounds. Death's spirit is in them, they answer to him alone. And he's none too fond of his mother.

4.) I'm okay with the net taking one out. I'm not sure how you're figuring 3 to 4. If they're not immune to fire, they;re highly resistant to it, being, well... HELL hounds. They bathe in the burning lake. I'm not entirely convinced being battered with stones and shards of metal going 300+ mph will affect them all that much. They're rather... huge, and as mentioned incredibly durable. Really, holy attacks are the way to go, which is why the net was a good plan.

5.) On power scale: 3 of these hounds would have an even change to kill Thomas in a straight fight, for perspective. And Sin is incomprehensibly more powerful than us. Incomprehensibly more powerful than almost anything in the setting, really. Only Abaddon, the Beast, Metatron, and maybe the 4 Horsemen together (and obviously Death) could definitively destroy her.

6.) Lawtan, I need you to explain WHAT Kadia is doing (OOC). How do her powers work? I don't even know if it's psy or theurgy. And why does she get to go super-saiyan cause she's angry? What if Thomas got angry? Would he suddenly go from city-buster to continent-buster? There has to be some kind of justification.

7.) The tornadoes may actually hurt our efforts in the long run. They'll prevent the gunfire from outside from hitting home, and concentrated fire from their autocannons and hmgs would do a significant amount of damage to the Hounds' bones and organs. On the other hand, they might screw up the missile's trajectory, possibly.

But seriously, I kind of recommend bailing out the windows at this point. Even if it's an a hundred foot drop (which it is) the damage is inconsequential to what's going down in this room, and we could fight them more evenly outside.

And I just love that Na'lsa is totally insulated from all of this inside Sin having the time of his life right now. :D

to atrophy any sense of compassion
between supposed lovers.
Between supposed brothers.
