(Well, until he learns about it and how control it, it would be based on need/emotions when it crops up. So far...it's only been when he hasn't eaten for awhile and all that fun stuff)

Vincent tilts his head a bit, thinking about what he means by partner. It can be used so many different things nowadays. "Students? How many?" It's strange to think of it that way, at least for him. He snorts a bit, unable to help it, thinking about that one guy. Considering how Liethell acts....can he really blame the guy?

"Germany has better beer." He can't help but say at that point. "Yeah....no. I don't want to know about or see that." He knows that for sure. Executions aren't something that he enjoys watching to tell the truth. "How long has he been the head?" Curiousity, it never goes away...sometimes it shuts up for safety reasons though.
