[Yokuutsu]

Yes, Vincent isn't used to people being as touchy with him as the other is, but he doesn't hate it. He's just afraid of some what ifs involving his magic. He leans into the other a bit, without thinking or realizing.

He just shakes his head, smiling a bit as the other seems so happy at the moment. "Um...okay then." He can't really tell him what it feels like to tell the truth because he immediately panics and runs. He's afraid of what will happen. He didn't mean to hurt anyone, yet it happened. "I've never meant to use it..." He feels the need to mention that one. He has hurt people before and he definitely isn't proud of that. He talks about various times. Most of the time, whoever or whatever he percieved as a threat wasn't touching him and so they were kind...pushed away? He doesn't know how to explain it but he tries. But the times he felt threatened and was touched? The person probably got to experience something akin to sticking a fork in an electrical socket.

(If something I say breaks your idea of magic, let me know. Because I'm me and I'll break it by accident XD He's a telekenetic pikachu apparently. I tend to come up with things as I go so it'll probably sound a lot more stupid to you than it did to me XD)
