Trisphee - View Single Post - Ascell's Jacket is glitching out - Top layer doesn't appear, bottom layer hidden

I'm trying to use the Ascell's Jacket, and when I try to save my Avi, the top layer of the Jacket vanishes, and the bottom layer suddenly shuffles down below everything else. Not sure how to fix this...

EDIT: I am wearing only the jacket now. Not sure what's going on, but this is what happens to the jacket.
