Oh yer, it's two well-functioning eyes that give us our depth perception in the first place. When one of them is out of commish for various reasons (most common being that the brain ignores the worse one because of the strength difference), you're left with effectively one side, so to simulate the depth perception requires more movements of the head and body to get different vantage points (and often when focusing on something, the person will tilt their head to see it dead on)
Again though, all of that is easily overcome if she has the care or tech to deal with it, because most of the issues would be repairable and just leave easy-to-compensate-for things like sensitivity.
